In the main hall of the university there will be an informal reception with beverages and snacks from 19:45.

Proceedings of the conference will be published in traditional book version, each contribution limited. Organizers will also publish a CD-ROM with much more generous space to add graphics, animations, video-clips, etc for demonstration.
• Deadlines

September, 10th, deadline for submitting after conference revisions of contributions.
• Booking of hotel

As Klagenfurt is in the midst of a touristic region, early booking is advisable. These are marked by a red R in our page about accomodation. You have to indicate "ICTMT 5 - University of Klagenfurt" in booking to get the special conference price.
• Participants from Eastern European countries

The local organizers try get some limited funds for accommodation for some few participants contributing to the programme. If you are in special need of help, please directly address the organizers.
