REMOTE DESKTOP
REMOTE DESKTOP is the worldwide first available remote control technology for Windows NT and Windows 95 environments. It is fully based on operating system security and users can work interactively on n remote computers by using REMOTE DESKTOP. The computer running the server part of the application displays the desktops of one or more connected computers simultaneously. Mouse and keyboard inputs f or the clients can be done remotely at the server. REMOTE DESKTOP is running on Win NT and Win 95 as well. For evaluation i would recommend to use mainly Win NT machines because security mechanismsand UNICODE are only supported with this operating sys
stem. For using digital audio communication over the network the computers must be equipped with a sound adapter which is supported by Windows NT (i.e. Soundblaster, Pro Audio Spectrum, ..). The micro
phone and a loudspeaker connected to the sound card extend the user interface of our application by a further dimension.
