Hard- and software needed to run the program:

Computer type and processor: IBM PC compatible, 486 33Mhz
Graphic device: vga, or svga
RAM: Minimum 4Mb, 8Mb preferable
Harddisk space: 25Mb when installed, but 55Mb required for install
Other harware needed: None
Operating system and shell: MS Windows 3.1 or 3.11, or Windows 95
Other software needed: runtime Toolbook is supplied with the package
Remarks: WinEcon has been written using the authoring package Toolbook, plus custom extensions written in C++.
