Functional Anatomy of the Rat (Interactive Dissection)

FARID offers a realistic learning alternative to performing a rat dissection. Either male or female can be completely dissected in broadcast quality video from one of two views. Annotations, informati ion and questions are available. PS surely you mean 200 words? ;)

Hard- and software needed to run the program:

Computer type and processor: Apple Macintosh 68000 (minimum)
Graphic device: Built in computer monitor and external PAL TV or video monitor.
RAM: 4MB (minimum)
Harddisk space: 7MB required
Other harware needed: Sony 1500, 2000 or 3600 Laser Disc Player
Operating system and shell: MacOS 7.0+
Other software needed: HyperCard Player 2.0+
Remarks: Configuration instructions and cable from Macintosh to Sony LaserDisc Player supplied. Any PAL TV or video monitor may be connected to the LaserDisc with appropriate cabling. Other brands of VD player r may work but have not been tested by the author (due to lack of access).
